Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or Business.
- 3 years (36 months) of experience in finance/compliance process development roles.
- Experience with MiFID II and MAR; governance for global regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in Trade Surveillance and AML across global markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead global compliance project initiatives across departments.
- Integrate AI-powered surveillance and monitoring tools.
- Develop and standardize compliant processes integrated with systems.
- Oversee implementation of compliance systems meeting regulatory standards.
