Job summary

Bridgewater Associates in Westport, CT is seeking a Compliance Analyst to help ensure regulatory obligations are met through the Core Compliance program. You will support the Senior Compliance Officer and team across onboarding, conflicts of interest, personal trading, testing, violations, and training.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, apply AI-enabled improvements to automate workflows, and maintain high standards of discretion and ethical judgment in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years compliance experience with focus on financial services regulation.
• Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act.
• Strong analytical and practical mindset.
• Ability to work independently on end-to-end processes.
• Good project management and accountability for deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests, monitor activity, design new processes, and analyze results.
• Review, draft, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify manual processes and lead AI-assisted workflow redesign.
• Support onboarding of new employees for compliance obligations.
• Develop and scale consistent guidance to employees.
