Job summary

Allocated Bullion Exchange (ABX) is seeking a Deputy Senior Manager to strengthen daily compliance operations. You will act as the primary escalation point for BAU compliance matters and collaborate with business, technology, marketing and legal teams to mitigate risk.

The role requires deep AML/CFT knowledge, KYC/KYB/KYT experience, and hands-on use of blockchain analytics tools. Malaysia-only eligibility is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance, or related fields.
• 5-6 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency compliance operations.
• Experience leading a team.
• In-depth knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, KYC/KYB/KYT processes, blockchain analytics, and payments compliance.
• Experience assisting with law enforcement inquiries and external partner requests is a strong advantage.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple high-volume case queues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• BAU Compliance Oversight: act as the IC and escalation point.
• Review and update global compliance procedures and policies.
• Prioritise and manage case queues.
• Payments Compliance: review and resolve cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage escalations from ongoing transaction monitoring and KYT alerts.
• Assist with law enforcement requests and information sharing.
• Assist in managing external party requests (banks, regulators).
