Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime, BSA/AML, and risk management within digital assets.
• Experience managing regulatory examinations and relationships with examiners and auditors.
• Proficiency with enterprise blockchain forensics tools and on-chain investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance program for tokenized securities, derivatives, and spot crypto trading across US entities.
• Oversee sanctions compliance and OFAC programs; ensure timely SARs and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and maintain BSA/AML and OFAC policies; provide training and uptick controls across the firm.
