Job summary

Bullish US LLC is seeking a BSA/AML Officer with deep blockchain compliance expertise to support US spot, derivatives, and tokenized securities businesses. Based in NYC, you will lead BSA/AML and OFAC programs, oversee regulatory reporting, and build controls for on‑chain trading and settlement.

You will collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering to implement robust processes, monitor risk, and train staff on financial crime policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial crime, BSA/AML, AML investigations, and risk management.
• Exposure to regulatory examinations and relationships with examiners (e.g., NYDFS, SEC, CFTC, FINRA).
• Deep knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC regulations, and related rules.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, wallet clustering, and transaction tracing.

Responsibilities

• Lead BSA/AML & Sanctions oversight across tokenized securities, derivatives, and spot crypto trading.
• Oversee domestic BSA/AML and OFAC programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage regulatory reporting to FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, NYDFS, etc.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, policies, and internal controls.
