Corps Team is supporting a large financial services client in Frisco, Texas, by recruiting an experienced Compliance Operations Project Manager for a 3-6 month contract.

The role focuses on designing and implementing a new operating framework, governance cadence, and communication infrastructure for the Chief of Staff function, supporting a 177-person organization across the US and India. Experience with Records & Information Management initiatives is a plus.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated program/project management experience across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to design and document business processes into playbooks.
• Experience leading organizational change and stakeholder socialization.
• Strong capability to translate KPIs/KRIs into leadership visuals and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Design an operating framework and governance cadence for the function.
• Create an executive dashboard/scorecard for leadership visibility.
• Develop centralized intake/approval processes across regions.
• Coordinate cross-regional communication protocols and training initiatives.
