Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Global Compliance & Technology Licensing Counsel to architect and scale our corporate integrity program. You will own licensing strategy and open-source compliance, negotiating licensing agreements to protect IP while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will lead a world-class compliance function, manage whistleblower processes, and ensure governance across FCPA, OFAC, IP, and export controls as the company scales globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years building programs in tech/software.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating software licenses and developer agreements.
• Strong knowledge of FCPA, OFAC, and IP law in software distribution.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale a Global Compliance Framework and Code of Conduct.
• Establish and manage a multilingual whistleblower hotline and investigations.
• Develop ABAC policies and sanctions screening aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Classify software for ECCN and manage export licenses and end-user certifications.
• Build vendor risk management programs and conduct vendor audits.
• Review and negotiate OSS compliance and licensing agreements.
