Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation, based in Boston, MA, seeks a Head of Compliance to design and lead a global enterprise compliance program. The role partners with Information Security, Finance, People & Culture, and Legal to implement governance, training, and metrics across the organization.

The candidate will build governance structures, audit methodologies, and reporting processes to drive accountability and improvement, with a history of influencing leadership and achieving enterprise-wide adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive compliance, risk, audit, governance, or related experience.
• Experience building or significantly enhancing a compliance program.
• Success driving enterprise-wide adoption through influence rather than direct authority.
• Experience creating audit methodologies and monitoring programs.
• Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, internal controls, and policy development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s global enterprise compliance strategy and roadmap.
• Establish a scalable compliance framework with roles, controls and governance.
• Identify emerging compliance risks and partnership on mitigation plans.
• Advise leadership on compliance trends, obligations, and program effectiveness.
• Create and facilitate governance forums and reporting mechanisms.
• Design risk-based audit and monitoring programs and track remediation.
• Partner with functional leaders to conduct reviews and remediation activities.
• Present compliance updates to senior leadership.
