Job summary

Prologis is offering a Summer Internship Program designed for undergraduates and graduates to gain hands-on experience in corporate compliance and legal operations. The internship runs for 10–12 weeks, provides access to leaders, seminars, and market tours to understand Prologis’ business, and engages interns across departments.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student in a relevant field (Law/Law and Society/Political Science/Privacy).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a team and learn quickly.
• Experience with legal/compliance research or policy analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support global compliance and legal operations projects, including risk assessment, third-party due diligence, compliance monitoring, investigations, AI governance, and policy modernization.
• Research regulatory developments and prepare program evidence, country summaries, and process gaps for review.
• Prepare practical materials for review and contribute to compliance communications and benchmarking.
• Develop investigation tools, including checklists, chronology templates, document trackers, and interview plans.
• Inventory AI governance use cases, research regulatory developments, test policy guidance and intake tools, and prepare FAQs or decision trees.
• Compare global and regional policies, research legal requirements, and propose revisions for attorney review.
• Map program evidence to DOJ and Sentencing Guidelines criteria and prepare concise regulatory updates.
