Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; law, accounting, finance or related field a plus.
• At least ten years of legal, corporate compliance or similar experience.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to anticorruption risks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Teleflex Business Practices Office activities including internal investigations and auditing.
• Develop, implement and execute an anticorruption risk assessment with risk rankings and mitigation plans.
• Assist in developing global anticorruption policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Audit and measure the effectiveness of global compliance programs and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Internal Audit, Clinical Medical Affairs, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Manufacturing to address anticorruption matters.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement anticorruption initiatives.
• Coordinate due diligence on distributors, agents and third parties.
• Conduct and coordinate investigations, inspections, and audits; follow up on recommendations.
• Coordinate quarterly reports to Chief Compliance Officer and Ethics Committee.
• Perform other duties to ensure an effective program.
• Partner with CSR program.
