Job summary
Laborie is seeking a Manager, Compensation & Workforce Analytics to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve our compensation programs and analytics. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this role drives compensation strategy, job architecture, and workforce planning analytics to support Laborie’s global business units.
You will partner with the CPO, HR Business Partners, Finance and other People & Culture CoEs to ensure competitive and equitable programs, while delivering
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in compensation in a globally matrixed environment.
- Advanced Excel and financial/statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex data for senior leaders and link analytics to outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual compensation planning activities (merit, incentives, market adjustments).
- Develop and maintain global salary structures and job architecture.
- Create predictive workforce models (headcount, attrition risk, labor cost).
- Ensure compensation governance and compliance as SME on compensation.
- Advise HR Partners, Finance, and CoEs on compensation and analytics.
