Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience with exposure to equitable pay practices and global pay compliance.
• Deep knowledge of pay equity and transparency frameworks across regions.
• Strategic advisor capable of influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change through compensation programs.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience working with Legal, Finance, and HR leadership on sensitive compensation topics.
• Proficiency with Workday and compensation analytics platforms; comfort with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted compensation tools and their application to pay equity analysis and program efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global pay equity framework at Adobe, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Inclusive Experiences teams.
• Manage global pay equity reporting for US, Canada, LATAM and emerging external disclosure requirements.
• Support pay-related investigations alongside Employee Relations and Legal with analytical rigor and sound judgment.
• Lead design and evolution of Adobe's recognition policy and Awardco program with Rewards Operations.
• Track compensation trends and conduct market benchmarking to inform strategy.
