The Opportunity

Senior Global Total Rewards Operations & Project Manager – partner with the Total Rewards function to bridge planning and implementation, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and delivery of key initiatives. Lead a high‑performing operations/PMO team, driving consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across systems, vendors, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operations and planning for compensation and benefits.
• Oversee the Operations and PMO group, prioritizing operational excellence and execution rigor.
• Drive execution of must‑win initiatives and large‑scale programs (e.g., compensation planning, benefits cycles, compliance initiatives).
• Ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations, streamline and improve processes.
• Diagnose operational issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Scale operations globally, emphasizing automation and an AI‑first approach.
• Provide strategic oversight of vendor partnerships and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Implement governance, reporting, and tracking mechanisms to measure success.
• Partner with Total Rewards leaders, EX, and business teams to align programs with company goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, global mobility, HR operations, or related fields.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional, large‑scale initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing high‑performing PMO/operations teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into execution with strong planning and rigor.
• Exceptional partner‑management and communication skills; experience at the executive level.
• Experience with HR technology (HRIS, compensation platforms, benefit enrollment systems; experience with Workday, Darwin, Benifex, or bswift is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Pay Range

U.S. pay range for this position – $139,000 – $261,150 annually. California: $180,300 – $261,150; New York: $180,300 – $261,150. Pay within the range varies by location and job‑related qualifications.
