Job summary

Fluence Energy, a global leader in energy storage and software, seeks a Manager, Global Compensation to design, implement, and manage our compensation programs worldwide. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay and to support talent strategies in a fast-paced environment.

This role oversees annual planning cycles, job architecture, salary structures, and stock-based compensation, and requires strong analytics, Excel skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years in compensation analysis, administration, or consulting.
• Knowledge of stock-based compensation in public companies.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday Advanced Compensation) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage global compensation programs.
• Lead annual compensation planning cycles and salary structures.
• Conduct benchmarking and market analysis.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders on offers and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance and governance, including stock disclosures.
• Develop training materials for managers on compensation policies.
• Support stock-based compensation programs and regulatory reporting.
