Job summary

CommScope is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards team. The role supports global compensation processes, develops and administers compensation policies, and acts as a liaison to HRIS, IT, and HR Shared Services.

You will participate in global studies and ensure data integrity across compensation transactions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of compensation experience and strong Excel and HRIS skills (SuccessFactors/Workday).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Human Resources, or related required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design, and/or administration of compensation programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or Workday) or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supports global compensation processes and administers compensation policies and programs.
  • Acts as Total Rewards liaison to HRIS, IT, and HR Shared Services for day-to-day activities.
  • Participates in global compensation studies, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Performs data audits, maintains data integrity, and supports analytics.
  • Benchmarks roles against survey data to establish competitive compensation ranges.
  • Supports compliance activities and stays informed on federal/state legislation affecting compensation.
