Qualifications

5+ years of compensation experience in advising and analytics.
Global compensation knowledge and market trends.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across time zones.
Expertise with analytics, Excel, PowerPoint and Workday.

Responsibilities

Act as comp business partner to global recruiting teams, HRBPs and leaders.
Improve compensation programs, policies and processes to support strategy.
Diagnose gaps between current and desired states and develop strategies.
Support offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocations and retention.
Provide deep insights to guide decision making.
