NVIDIA is seeking a data-driven Compensation Analyst to shape base, variable, and equity compensation structures. You will build dynamic models, automate reporting, and partner with HRIS to optimize Workday modules. Strong SQL/Python skills and experience with Tableau/Power BI boost market insights and internal equity.

You will translate complex data into clear narratives, drive automation across monthly to annual cycles, and contribute to a scalable compensation framework used globally.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated, progressive experience in Compensation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, VBA, Power Query) and HRIS systems (Workday).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives.
• Strong learning agility and quantitative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Compensation Strategy: redefine base, variable, and equity structures.
• Advanced Analytics: identify problems, develop hypotheses, recommend data-backed solutions.
• Data Visualization & Modeling: build dashboards and analytic models for insights.
• Workday Optimization: partner with HRIS team to implement Workday compensation modules.
• Drive Automation: automate monthly/quarterly/annual compensation reporting.
• Market Benchmarking: conduct global market benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
• Storytelling with Data: communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly.
