Job summary

You will utilize Korn Ferry Hay methodology, Workday Advanced Compensation, and benchmarking data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of broad-based compensation experience.
• Experience designing sales incentive and variable pay programs.
• Leads compensation projects with HRBPs and key stakeholders.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HRIT systems incl. Workday and ADP.
• Experience with compensation surveys, benchmarking and data-driven salary structuring.
• Korn Ferry Hay methodology knowledge.
• Handles country merit and bonus processes.
• Works independently in fast-paced, multi-country environment.
• Maintains confidentiality; collaborates in regional/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer annual compensation planning and incentive programs.
• Lead projects affecting broad-based compensation across US, Canada, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
• Provide guidance on wage/hour and compensation requirements.
• Prepare compensation reports and communications for special projects.
• Harmonize pay practices across business units and align with Global function.
• Promote Responsible Care principles and ensure policy compliance.
• Local telecommuting up to 3 days/week; travel up to 5% domestic and 5% international.
