Qualifications

• Broad-based compensation experience within Financial Services.
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience with FP&A, forecasting, management reporting or financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence with large data sets.
• Experience partnering with senior business and HR stakeholders.
• Understanding of both fixed and variable compensation.
• M&A / due diligence exposure would be highly advantageous.
• Anaplan and/or SuccessFactors experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key Compensation Partner to designated areas of the business, working with stakeholders up to ExCo level.
• Own fixed and variable compensation forecasting, including detailed variance analysis against actuals.
• Manage key elements of the annual compensation cycle, including salary increases, bonus pools and individual allocations.
• Provide compensation modeling and market insight to support hiring and organizational decisions.
• Conduct benchmarking, market surveys and job evaluations.
• Deliver detailed compensation analysis using Excel, with exposure to SuccessFactors.
• Support compensation-related M&A activity and due diligence.
• Produce reporting and analysis to help senior leadership make informed compensation decisions.
• Partner as part of a collaborative, international Compensation and Total Rewards function.
