Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive compensation/Total Rewards experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership in global or regional capacity.
• Experience in a complex multinational organization preferred.

• Define and lead a comprehensive global compensation strategy across base pay, short- and long-term incentives, and executive pay.
• Develop and maintain global job architecture, salary structures, and grading frameworks.
• Oversee market benchmarking and competitive positioning across global markets.
• Design and manage global incentive programs aligned with business outcomes.
• Lead governance, compliance, and risk management for pay regulations.
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, cost analysis, and forecasting related to compensation.
• Manage a global compensation team and collaborate with HRIS and analytics partners.
