KBR, Inc. seeks a Global Compensation Director to lead a comprehensive, multi-country compensation strategy. You will design base pay, incentives, and executive compensation, building a scalable, market-competitive framework that aligns with Total Rewards and business goals.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure governance, equity, and data-driven decision making across regions, while developing a high-performing global team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance or related field.
• 15+ years in compensation/Total Rewards.
• 5+ years leading teams in global/regional contexts.
• Experience in multinational organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead a global compensation strategy, including base pay, incentives, and executive pay.
• Develop global job architecture, salary structures, and grading for equity and scalability.
• Oversee market benchmarking and positioning aligned with talent objectives.
• Design and manage global incentive programs to drive performance.
• Manage vendor surveys and collaborate with Finance on budgets and forecasting.
• Oversee annual merit, bonus planning, salary reviews, and equity programs.
• Advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategy and organizational design.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across regions.
• Leverage data and HRIS tools to drive insights for decisions.
• Lead and develop a global compensation team.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

15+ years of progressive experience in compensation or Total Rewards

Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing teams in a global or regional capacity

Experience in a complex, multinational organization preferred
