Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Compensation Lead to own the operating engine of broad-based compensation. You will lead programs across offers, promotions, cycles, market pricing, and salary structures, partnering with People, Finance, and Legal.

This role blends strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution in a global, remote setting. You will design scalable compensation processes, benchmark competitive pay, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of broad-based compensation in a fast-paced, global org.
• Proven experience owning compensation programs (offers, promotions, cycles).
• Strong benchmarking and market-pricing expertise with major surveys.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and evolution of broad-based compensation programs.
• Lead global pay equity, job architecture, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Build models, dashboards, and analyses to inform leadership decisions.
• Benchmarking, survey participation, and market pricing across regions.
• Guide executives on compensation strategy with clear, concise options.
