Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team and help build equitable, competitive pay programs aligned with our business strategy.

You will lead global compensation analyses, implement programs, model data, and partner with HR, Finance, and executives to inform offers, promotions, and equity grants. Experience with Workday, benchmarking and leveling is essential; CCP designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Expert in benchmarking methodology and market pricing.
• Experience managing global compensation programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and implementation of global compensation programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity.
• Develop data-driven solutions for compensation processes.
• Partner with HRIS/Workday for performance and compensation modules.
• Automate monthly/quarterly/annual compensation reporting.
• Deliver clear compensation analytics and recommendations.
• Advise on offers, promotions, and equity grants.
