Job summary

Vultr is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager in West Palm Beach, FL to establish and lead our compensation framework globally. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, People Partners, and Finance to ensure competitive, equitable pay across all geographies.

The ideal candidate will blend analytical depth with strong business acumen, building structure and influencing senior leaders with data while acting as a trusted partner to People operations and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in compensation, total rewards, or related function with ownership of programs.
• Experience building or maturing compensation frameworks in high-growth tech.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets to present insights.

Responsibilities

• Own compensation strategy and compliance across all Vultr geographies (US, India, and more) with legal and local partners.
• Refine compensation framework and band structure for consistency and competitiveness.
• Develop job architecture and leveling guidelines for equitable career progression.
• Provide offers guidance and conduct market data analysis for executive and non-executive roles.
• Ensure pay transparency compliance across jurisdictions and reporting requirements.
• Set thresholds for offers and above-band exceptions with leadership alignment.
• Lead annual review cycles, bonus planning, and budget modeling with managers.
• Analyze internal equity and address compression and pay gaps.
• Advise on compensation approaches for international hires, contractors, and mobility scenarios.
• Develop and maintain total compensation statements and communications.
