Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Business Partnering.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic People Operations partner aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead talent management initiatives including performance management.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll operations and improve accuracy.
