Job summary

American Express is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits for the Philippines and the Asian market, contributing to global C&B strategy.

You will lead benefits programs, provide compensation consulting to HR partners, manage salary reviews and incentive plans, ensure adherence to regulations, and collaborate with external vendors to deliver C&B initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in compensation and benefits management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, implement, and communicate employee benefits programs.
• Provide compensation and benefits consulting and guidance to HR/business partners.
• Lead compensation and benefits reviews, new salary awards, adjustment of salary ranges, and review of incentive plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and American Express policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Lead relationships with external partners and vendors responsible for the delivery of benefit programs, including contractual agreements, program content, delivery, and pricing.
• Act as subject matter expert to provide year-end support to HR/business partners, making compensation decisions for benefits and financials.
• Lead health and wellness programs and initiatives in the market.
• Promote rewards and essentials in the market.
• Collaborate with compensation and benefits operations, health teams, and human services to ensure seamless execution and delivery of C&B-related programs.
• Create opportunities to participate in global and regional C&B projects to support the broader HR strategy.
• Combine culture and marketing.
