Job summary

SoFi seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to shape the company’s global compensation strategy, including job architecture, market benchmarking, and broad-based modeling. You will develop annual cash and equity guidelines, collaborate with Finance on forecasting, and support executive compensation materials and disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, human resources, business, or related field; advanced degree or certification a plus.
• At least six years broad-based compensation experience, incl. job architecture, structures, benchmarking.
• Experience owning or contributing to global job architecture programs.
• Experience modeling compensation programs for multinational organizations.
• Direct experience with Latin America markets (Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Uruguay).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for complex models.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and structure development (base salary ranges, bonuses, equity guidelines).
• Own and enhance global job architecture: families, career levels, profiles, frameworks.
• Maintain job architecture to support design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Develop annual cash and equity program budgets with market data and priorities.
• Model stock-based comp usage, dilution, and impacts for new hires and promotions.
• Partner with Finance on monthly forecasting and long-term planning.
• Ensure local competitiveness while aligning with SoFi’s global philosophy.
