Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to shape our global compensation strategy, lead job architecture, and benchmark against market data. You will design base salary ranges, target bonuses, and long-term incentives to attract and retain talent.

You will develop annual cash and equity guidelines, model program budgets, and collaborate with Finance on stock-based forecasting and analyses. This role partners with executive leadership to support governance and disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, HR, business.
• Six+ years in broad-based compensation with job architecture & benchmarking.
• Experience with multinational compensation and country-specific practices.
• Strong Excel/Sheets with complex financial models.
• Experience with equity compensation and budgeting.
• Experience with major compensation surveys.

Responsibilities

• Lead global compensation benchmarking and market pricing.
• Own and enhance global job architecture and salary structures.
• Develop annual cash and equity program budgets.
• Forecast stock-based compensation with Finance.
• Support executive compensation materials and disclosures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Talent Acquisition.
