Job summary

SoFi Technologies is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to shape our global compensation strategy and programs. You will lead our global job architecture, market benchmarking, and equity guidelines, partnering with Finance and Legal to support budgeting and disclosures.

You'll apply country-specific market practices while maintaining SoFi’s compensation philosophy, and you’ll collaborate across People, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Compliance, and Talent Acquisition to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, HR, business, or related field. Advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead global compensation benchmarking and market pricing; develop base salary ranges, target bonuses, and long-term incentive guidelines.
Own and enhance SoFi’s global job architecture, including job families, career levels, and salary structures.
Drive annual cash and equity program budgets; partner with Finance on stock-based compensation forecasting and analysis.
Support executive compensation by preparing analyses, material, and disclosures with the Executive Compensation Lead.
Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure programs align with business needs.
