Job summary

Medpace, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Compensation Analyst to support domestic and international salary surveys, market intelligence, and internal pay structures. You will administer global bonus, merit, and promotion processes while advising leadership on compensation strategy.

You will maintain HR data, draft job descriptions, and create reward communications. Strong Excel, Word, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, HR, MIS, or related field.
• 1+ years of work experience in Compensation, HR, Finance or Data Analytics preferred.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Experience with PowerBI is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership and complete tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and analyze salary surveys and market intelligence to set internal salary ranges, increases, bonuses, benefits.
• Administer global bonus, merit, promotion, evaluation, and other compensation processes.
• Manage requests to modify the company career path structure.
• Maintain HR databases and pay grade tables.
• Draft or update job descriptions.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of reward communications.
• Research local country laws and practices related to employment, compensation, and benefits.
• Create and communicate HR dashboards in Power BI.
• Assist in compliance reviews and cross-functional reporting.
• Act as compensation advisor for hiring/management teams and HR.
• Support global employee changes (new hires, rehires, transfers).
• Assist global Compensations and Benefits with other projects.
