Job summary

SailPoint, a leader in identity security, is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and governance of global compensation programs. The role emphasizes data-backed decision making, market benchmarking, and adherence to governance guidelines across base pay, incentives, and equity.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel and analytical skills, experience with market surveys (Radford preferred), and familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive analytical experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Financial Analysis.
• Experience with market survey platforms (Radford preferred).
• Experience with Workday Compensation module and ServiceNow ticketing is a plus.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform market benchmarking and job leveling evaluations using published survey sources (Radford/Aon).
• Provide analytical support for global base pay, incentive, and equity programs; include data entry and reports.
• Assist with global focal review processes in Workday including merit, bonus, and equity planning.
• Manage monthly bonus calculations and prepare summarized reports for leadership.
• Offer guidance to managers and HRBP teams on compensation recommendations within governance guidelines.
• Handle compensation inquiries via ServiceNow and ensure adherence to compensation policies.
• Support compliance with global and regional compensation laws and pay transparency regulations.
• Participate in compensation-related projects with analytical tasks and modeling.
