Job summary

UKG is seeking a Compensation Analyst to design, administer, and analyze compensation programs for Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Systems Experience. You will perform market pricing, salary structuring, and governance across a global SaaS environment.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets to provide data-driven insights. 2+ years in compensation or related analytics, with advanced Excel skills, is expected.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related analytical role.
Experience working with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing for new and existing positions using compensation surveys.
Analyze market competitiveness, internal equity, range penetration, pay compression, and salary positioning.
Prepare compensation recommendations supported by market data and analytics.
Assist in maintaining salary structures, job architecture, geographic differentials, and data libraries.
Support annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, equity, and structure updates.
Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Ensure transactions comply with policies, governance standards, and regulations.
