Qualifications

• 2+ years in compensation or HR analytics.
• Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing for new and existing positions using technology compensation surveys.
• Analyze market competitiveness, internal equity, range penetration, pay compression, and salary positioning.
• Prepare compensation recommendations supported by market data and business analytics.
• Assist with compensation program administration, documentation, and ongoing process improvements.
