Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related analytical role.
Experience working with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing for new and existing positions using technology compensation surveys.
Analyze market competitiveness, internal equity, range penetration, pay compression, and salary positioning.
Prepare compensation recommendations supported by market data and business analytics.
Assist in maintaining salary structures, job architecture, geographic differentials, compensation guidelines, and market data libraries.
Support annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, equity, promotions, and salary structure updates.
