Qualifications

2+ years in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or related role.
Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing methodologies.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing for new and existing positions using compensation surveys.
Analyze market competitiveness, internal equity, range penetration, pay compression, and salary positioning.
Prepare compensation recommendations supported by market data and analytics.
Assist with salary structures, job architecture, and governance; support data quality and reporting.
