Qualifications

Responsibilities

Conduct market pricing for new and existing positions using compensation surveys.
Analyze market competitiveness, internal equity, range penetration, and pay positioning.
Prepare compensation recommendations supported by data and analytics.
Assist in maintaining salary structures and job architecture.
Develop recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards.
Support governance, data integrity, and cross-functional projects.
