Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Airtable and Asana.
• Budget tracking and vendor management experience.
• Fluency with AI tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Inform program strategy with Senior Program Leads and Strategists.
• Align program strategies with business priorities throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage program planning and execution and develop project plans.
• Create detailed schedules, timelines, and budgets for programs.
• Schedule regular team meetings, take notes, and track actions.
• Lead reporting and documentation and track program progress.
