Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of community, employee experience, or D&B work and business outcomes.
• Relationship intelligence and ability to translate signals into business language.
• Global fluency across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and North America.
• Systems orientation and documentation skills to scale infrastructure.
• Data fluency to analyze engagement data and communicate business impact.
• Technical fluency with platform implementations and measurement builds.
• Executive presence to brief sponsors and represent work cross-functionally.
• AI fluency to leverage AI in workflows and scale reach.
• Genuine commitment to equity and belonging as a business enhancer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as D&B execution lead on Product Inclusion pilots focused on supply acquisition and offline design.
• Support Executive Sponsor Community execution, prep executive briefings, coordinate with internal comms and track commitments.
• Lead Community Service program relaunch with platform integration and external partnerships to boost reputation.
• Own platform requirements and design health intelligence to inform program design.
• Build belonging measurement infrastructure and reporting that is business-facing.
• Integrate Passions into Airfinity and Service ecosystem to close visibility gaps.
• Represent D&B vision in cross-functional conversations with product and business leaders.
• Ensure every deliverable includes a documented blueprint with roles, metrics, and iterations.
