Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Programs Lead to align the Community Team with key business initiatives. You will partner with Senior PMs to plan programs, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure execution aligns with company priorities.

In this role you will own program operations, drive reporting, mentor others, and help build a culture of operational excellence across the team, delivering high-quality outcomes for hosts and communities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Asana).
• Experience with budget tracking and vendor management.
• Fluency in AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Able to work autonomously when given direction.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Inform program strategy with senior leads and strategists.
• Ensure strategies align with business priorities throughout programs.
• Manage program planning and execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Create detailed timelines and budgets for programs.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and track actions.
• Lead reporting and documentation, tracking progress.
• Document learnings and share best practices across teams.
• Own program operations and team logistics.
• Collaborate with BizOps to align tools and processes.
• Build team culture and internal programs.
• Define systems of operational excellence and mentor other PMs.
