SpaceXSI is building the infrastructure to support its global community programs. You will design and operate internal tooling and automation to scale ambassador and student programs, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate budgets and events across time zones and currencies.

You’ll partner with Revenue Operations to connect program data to company-wide dashboards, improving ROI visibility and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an early-hire on a growing team.

Qualifications

• Extensive ops experience designing scalable databases, workflows and automations.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and global events with time zones and currencies.
• Ability to ship practical solutions quickly in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain internal tooling and infrastructure for global community programs.
• Identify operational gaps and automate processes, integrate external platforms, and build custom workflows.
• Own onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag logistics, vendor coordination, and event operations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to build data infrastructure and dashboards linking program data to company tools for ROI tracking.
• Serve as the main operations contact for ambassadors and internal partners to accelerate issue resolution.
