Qualifications

• Must have proven experience building and managing online communities for a large brand or organization.
• Exceptional writing and copywriting skills with brand voice.
• Strong B2B marketing experience and familiarity with business audiences.
• Excellent judgment and ability to operate within brand playbooks and guidelines.
• Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive community management for the enterprise suite as part of the Brand Social team.
• Manage daily engagement across social platforms, responding to customers and fostering meaningful interactions.
• Partner with Brand Social Strategists on content review, calendar management and publishing.
• Develop narrative-driven content for social pages including articles and polls.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to triage and resolve issues via social channels.
• Work with Content Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and other teams to align social with business goals.
• Monitor conversations, sentiment, and trends across target audiences and measure outcomes.
• Stay current on AI search landscape and its impact on content discovery and engagement.
