Oribe Hair Care, part of Kao, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Communications & Partnerships to drive the global communications strategy across markets, building brand equity and storytelling through press and influencer initiatives. The role reports to the Associate Director and focuses on strategic launches, partnerships, and elevating Oribe as a global luxury brand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree (major in Journalism and/or Communications preferred).
• 2–4 years’ experience in a communications role.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry.
• Self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel 2–5 times per year domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Support regional teams in executing local PR activities and manage press/influencer requests.
• Assist in executing strategic partnerships to strengthen brand equity and reach new audiences.
• Develop PR tools and assets for all markets and ensure consistent messaging.
• Execute high-touch press and influencer events and manage venue sourcing and admin tasks.
• Draft internal communications and present PR updates in company meetings.
• Collect and analyze PR reports to measure ROI and share insights with the team.
• Provide general PR admin tasks including forecasting, sample tracking, and collateral organization.
