Job summary

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Communications to support the Global Communications team in keeping markets, agency partners and global headquarters connected, organized and moving.

You’ll assist with calendars, trackers, databases and reporting, maintain toolkits and standards, and help bring Sol de Janeiro's story to life in a culturally relevant way across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communications, events or brand marketing.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and communication skills and sound judgment.
• A proactive, supportive team player who is eager to learn and grow in global communications.
• Experience supporting events or brand activations, including logistics, shipping and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support global communications with calendars, trackers, databases and reporting.
• Coordinate regional calls, take notes and track action items.
• Draft press releases, pitches and launch materials for review.
• Maintain the global press toolkit, assets and market access.
• Track launches, events and market sequencing across regions.
