Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day global communications with regional teams and agency partners; share materials and track launch plans.
• Coordinate regional calls, take notes, track action items, and maintain calendars and dashboards.
• Draft press materials, pitches and launch assets; help manage tools and event kits across markets.
• Maintain global communications calendar, CEO press calendar, and briefing materials for leaders.
• Collect monthly regional reporting; prepare leadership highlights and KPI data across markets.
