Job summary

The role also leads internal communications, learning programs, and change-management initiatives across regions to ensure a globally aligned, high-performing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related communications experience.
• Proven ability to develop content for multiple channels (print, email, web, social media, PowerPoint, video).
• Change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement experience preferred.
• Healthcare communications experience familiarity a plus.
• Experience working across regions in a globally diverse, multinational company preferred.

Responsibilities

• External Engagement Strategy: develop and execute GBD's external engagement plan.
• Organizational Communication & Leadership engagement: create multi-level internal comms for the GBD team.
• Learning, Capability Building & Organizational Development: lead learning programs and onboarding.
• Support Globalization and Change Management Initiatives: measures engagement and adoption across regions.
