Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years related communications experience required.
Healthcare communications experience preferred.
Familiarity with corporate branding guidelines and healthcare comms best practices a plus.
Experience working across regions in a globally-diverse, multinational company preferred.
Travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute external engagement strategy aligned to priorities.
Lead multi-level internal communications for the GBD team and stakeholders.
Lead evolution of learning and development programs for GBD and external-innovation participants.
Develop change management and communication plans for new operating models and globalization initiatives.
