The Strategy & Operations group plays a key leadership role in driving this evolution anchored on developing the GBD Strategy with enterprise alignment, external engagement, business capabilities and operations and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Business Development Strategy & Operations, this role is responsible for developing and executing the communications, engagement, and organizational effectiveness strategy that enables Global Business Development to operate as a globally aligned, high-performing organization. The role leads internal and external engagement initiatives, executive communications, leadership communications, external ecosystem engagement strategy, organizational change management, and learning programs that strengthen GBD's effectiveness, visibility, and culture while supporting Daiichi Sankyo's external innovation strategy. This experienced leader will develop an integrated engagement plan with key stakeholders ensuring communications are strategic, engaging, leverage storytelling, articulate the company's vision, goals and values, and influence our desired positive culture, which will require learning and maintaining a deep understanding of business strategies. This role will require a close partnership with Daiichi Sankyo corporate communications.
