Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a senior supply chain leader to develop and lead the global commodity strategy for metals, sheet and plate, and rare earths, including powders and critical minerals. The role supports 3D printing/Advanced Manufacturing and balances short-term objectives with multiyear strategic plans.

You will manage cross-functional partnerships, drive supplier negotiations, and implement sustainable, cost-efficient sourcing programs across the value stream worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier quality and supply chain.
• Lean training or execution advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead global commodity supply chain strategies for metals, sheet & plate, rare earths and powders.
• Support strategy for sub tier inputs and 3D printing materials.
• Forecast long term input material demands with cross functional teams.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier performance.
• Develop long-term road maps and reporting for metrics and execution.
• Drive cost improvements, safety, quality and on-time delivery initiatives.
