Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Quality and/or Supply Chain.
• Willingness to travel at least 35%.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• MBA and/or financial experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of global commodity supply chain strategies for sheet & plate, metals, rare earths, and powders.
• Support factories and suppliers on strategy to obtain sub-tier inputs via purchase agreements.
• Forecast long-term demands for input materials with cross-functional teams.
• Develop a strategic long-term roadmap and establish rigorous reporting for metrics and execution.
• Lead sourcing initiatives including safety, cost, supplier base rationalization, on-time delivery, and Lean improvements.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and manage supplier relationships across the organization.
