CTS Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of sensors, actuators, and electronic components, seeks a Global Commodity Manager to lead sourcing for the Sensors and Mechatronics unit. This role oversees strategic supplier relationships and global spend.

You will develop commodity strategies, negotiate long-term agreements, manage supplier performance, and drive cost reductions while supporting new programs and CIP/VAVE projects across CTS' global facilities.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. or equivalent in General Business, General Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• 5-10 years of progressive purchasing and supply chain experience.
• Automotive or manufacturing background preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute global commodity strategies, including spend allocations and supplier negotiation.
• Own the commercial and contractual relationship with suppliers and manage escalation.
• Initiate, develop and implement cost-saving ideas with suppliers.
• Conduct strategic sourcing, supplier qualification, ESG/sustainability initiatives and make-vs-buy analyses.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet CTS cost targets and CIP/VAVE projects.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Travel domestic and international approximately 10% as required.
